Auditing for PSM/RMP Compliance (1 day)

This one day course reviews the principles of auditing and AcuTech’s Continuous Safety Improvement^™ (CSI^™) methodology. This course will equip attendees with the knowledge and tools necessary to plan and conduct successful PSM/RMP audits. The course is designed for audit team leaders, audit team members, and managers.

Learning outcomes include:

Knowledge of proven methods for meeting the audit requirements for OSHA PSM (29 CFR § 1910.119) and EPA RMP (40 CFR Part 68)

Understanding of common PSM program deficiencies

Ability to use AcuTech’s recommended CSI™ ranking system to evaluate results
Obtaining model protocols for planning and conducting PSM/RMP audits
Guidance on documentation and audit follow-up

Prerequisite:

Completion of a basic PSM or RMP course, or equivalent knowledge/experience
