We are looking for an enthusiastic, growth-minded individual for our Marketing Assistant position in our Alexandria, VA headquarters office. The duties of this position are as follows: 

·         Assist with Software and AcuTech Training Institute (ATI) sales

·         Maintain Sales and administrative records for Software and ATI

·         Organize and standardize consulting, ATI and software proposal writing process

·         Prepare proposals using a standardized, systematic approach

·         Develop marketing literature

·         Assisting with production of monthly newsletter

·         Maintain and routinely update AcuTech and AcuSafe web sites

·         Organize and plan ATI Training schedule and meetings

·         Attend trade shows as needed, assist in setting up, taking down and preparing our booth for shipping

·         Organize and monitor trade show budget and calendar of meetings

 Qualifications:

- Outstanding interpersonal skills a must.

- Strong PC skills using MS Office required, knowledge of MS Front Page, MS Access, and Salesforce.com a plus

- Ability to multi-task and work independently

- 5+ years of sales/marketing support experience

- Prior consulting firm experience, desirable

- LAN and/or Website administration experience, a plus
