| AcuTech Opens National Capital Office in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area |

AcuTech is pleased to announce the opening of its
National Capital office, located in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. In addition to serving as a local contact for AcuTech’s Mid-Atlantic
customers, the National Capital office serves clients who require a Washington presence. Our location near Washington allows us to contribute to
safety-related policy, regulations, and regulatory guidance in person, allowing us to provide up-to-the-minute advice on regulatory trends like the
proposed fuels exemption to the EPA Risk Management rule.
Government agencies and related clients, such as defense contractors, can count on
AcuTech for dependable safety services, including hazard studies such as those performed for the Air Force and other government standards. AcuTech’s
industry experience ranges from food processing to semiconductor fabrication giving us a broad, realistic viewpoint for analysis. With our new Washington
presence, AcuTech will increase training offerings to the government beyond the courses currently provided at the OSHA Training
Institute.
The National Capital office offers broad experience with industry-accepted American National Standards, and model codes,
including the new International Codes, to our clients.
AcuTech’s relationships with major technical and trade associations,
government agencies, and other parties interested in process risk management place us in the ideal position to negotiate technical solutions. We also have
experienced working with legal professionals and regulatory enforcement personnel to arrive at realistic safety solutions built on a sound technical base.
Dr. Daniel R. Kuespert heads the National Capital office. Dr. Kuespert, a chemical engineer, is a former Technical Director of the
International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration, and serves on several national and international safety standards committees.
